Holy Spirit is not Power
“But you will receive power and ability when the Holy Spirit comes upon you; and you will be my witnesses [to tell people about me] both in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria and even to the ends of the earth.” ~Acts 1:8 AMP
The Holy Spirit is not power, He is God himself. He is a person and can give an empowerment for believers to witness about the gospel of Jesus Christ and enables them to be the rightful representative of the kingdom of God. After Jesus promised to his disciples that he will send the Holy Spirit, He fulfilled the promise in Acts 2:4. “And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongue, as the Spirit gave them utterance.” ~KJV. The church is actively working till present day because of the Spirit that was poured on the day of Pentecost. That is why there is no Christianity without the Holy Spirit.
If you don’t have the Holy Spirit, you don’t belong to God. Without the Holy Spirit you can’t do the work of God. Man’s skill and wisdom can’t replace the work of the Holy Spirit because that won’t have any acceptance from God. As a child of God, you should know how to be led by the Holy Spirit by giving Him your quality time and by fellowshipping with Him daily.
Meditate the Word
“But the helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor-Counselor, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name [in my place, to represent me and act on my behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will help you remember everything that I have told you.” ~ John 14:26 AMP.
